Today's run was supposed to be 3 miles. I think I ended up around 3.25 or 3.5. I'm only counting 3.25 towards my shoes and my monthly mileage. Tomorrow I'm back at 4.5 and then on Saturday I have to cross train for 50 minutes. Sunday I am running between 7 and 8 miles. I am thinking of repeating each week for the first few weeks to make sure that I'm ready and able to add this mileage on Sunday's. After my long run Sunday, I have an appt for 2 massages for me and my other half. I am thinking that it will be perfect timing since I'm off from running on Monday. That will just be a stretch and strengthening day. Well, that's about all of an update that I have today. I just ate lunch and I'm going to suck down some more water and go dry my hair.
