Well, today we ran 4.5 miles and it was easy peasy! Ever since switching gears and training for this half marathon, my runs have been much easier on me. Doing 6 miles x 5 days at 730 were killing me. I can run in the morning sometimes, but not 5 days a week.
Anyway, as we were coming up on CSU, there was a camera man and a woman with a microphone. OH SHIT! They asked Sharon something, and I yelled "I gotta run!". So needless to say, we weren't interviewed. On the way back they were filming as the lady was talking. I'm not sure if we were on there, but I'm going to have to try to catch the news later to see. I'm going to laugh if I am on there since I was nasty sweaty by that time!
That's about it for me today. I'm feeling good today and I have a lot of stuff to finish up before going back to school on Monday. I didn't realize until this morning just how long my Monday class is. It's 715p - 955p. Thank god we switched back to afternoon runs or else I'd really be hurtin.

Yuck SCHOOOOOOOOL!!!! Boooo. Ok good luck. =)
Ah, good ole school. I miss it sometimes but not often enough to head back quite yet.
You'll have to let us know if you got on camera!
I so aspire to this post.
to have that length of a run be easypeasy.
Miz.
ah yes...school! I start my thesis this fall....yukkkk!
Eeeek cameras!!! I would have ran too!
Congrats on the running. You are really logging away the miles!! And back to school, whoooo!! Sounds very exciting! :D
Good luck with starting school- and with the late class. I once had an anthropology class from 7-10 pm, and whenever the prof turned the lights down to look at slides, it was tough to stay awake.
It's great that switching things up is working so well in regards to your running.
