Beautiful day for a run

Well, I'm not allowed yet.  I do know that I will be firing my doctor when this is all said and done.  We just don't quite see eye to eye.  That's a different post for a different day.  Anyway.  It's in the 60's I think, and I have all of the windows open.  I just got home from the mall where I bought 2 skirts and a top.  The one skirt was a size 8.  I honestly don't see the whole thing as a weight loss more over vanity sizing.  Maybe it's me.  Maybe it's not.  Who knows.  The pants I had on yesterday were a 10, and they seemed tight in the waist to me.  I will see where I am in a couple of weeks once this surgery is more than 3 weeks behind me.  I freaked out this morning when I thought I had a piece of plastic in my incision.  Turns out, it's a suture.  I don't like that my underwear catches on it.  He said it should just fall off.  Ooops.. sorry.  Different story for different day!

I went to the grocery store last night and found the most amazing strawberries of my life!  They looked completely picture perfect.  I bought 2 containers of them, 1 thing of blueberries, salad fixins, and a bunch of other stuff.  B told me he wanted to start eating more salads because he felt like his pants were getting tight.  I told him "no problem".  He also wants to start running with me when I can start again.  I have running fever.  At the mall I was in the section of running clothes and I just wanted them all!  I'm such a nut.  I'm full commission in a mini-depression and have enough to get by with.  At least it's something to be excited about.  I need some motivation to work hard at work.  I'm hoping by the end of the week I should be back to running a little bit and in 2 weeks I'll run at work again.  I do miss that little break I had.

Ok.  I'm just rambling away about absolutely nothing.  I have a lot of cleaning that I want to accomplish while the weather is warm and these windows are open.  It is still Cleveland, and it is still March.  We are likely to get a blizzard any time now.  That's just how we roll up here!

I hope everyone is having a fabulous day!
