Here I am

I have been lax in posting because I've been busy getting back to a normal feeling again.  I ran 2 times this week so far at work and even managed a St. Patty's Day party last night.  We had a great time and that's why I didn't run today.  Not to mention that my legs were super sore from running a total of 8.5 miles and walking about 10 over the past few days.  I even walked to the bar after work yesterday to boost the calorie burn.  I'm back up in weight, but that's cool because my muscle tone is coming back, but so is my belly.  I swear, I have a bigger belly when I run and it goes away when I stop.  The weird thing is that I will take my big belly any day because I missed running so much when I wasn't able to.  I'm so much happier when I have that constant exercise in my life.  

I really don't have anything else going on.  It just feels so good to run again.  The best part about it is that the weather if finally starting to break, so it's super perfect running weather!
